An initial fee of $200 is assessed on each lot at the time of purchase, transfer or exchange. The fee is used to defray administrative costs.
Sandy Trace has an annual maintenance fee of $2460 for Units 1-40 and $2400 for all other units, which is also referred to as association dues. The fee can be paid annually, semi-annually, quarterly or monthly. Fees are due the first of each month and are considered past due after 30 days. A $20 late fee per month will be assessed.
